Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pueblo West, Colorado. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility issues, creating personalized treatment plans in hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

The role requires a PT license, BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. Travel benefits include competitive pay, insurance, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development to stay current.
