Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Windsor, NC. The role offers a 40-hour work week, day shift, and the chance to work in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting within a rewarding travel program.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence for patients across care settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on home programs and self-management.
