Zack Group is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Windsor, Colorado. Start ASAP; 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shifts. Travel employment with housing/meals and competitive pay.

Candidate must hold an active PT license and have 2 leadership references, plus ability to pass background and drug screening. We value experience in travel assignments and expect a current resume, BLS or specialty PT certifications, and the ability to coordinate with facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active or Pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
