Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pueblo, CO. The PT will evaluate, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Applicants must hold a valid PT license and BLS; Doctorate is preferred. New grads are welcome. Travel reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided to support you on assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
