Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
