Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Manchester, Connecticut seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment. This role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or a BPT with NPTE), current CPR, and a state license, with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license or actively in the licensure process
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
