Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mountain View, CA. You'll provide skilled PT services in a hospital/clinic setting, delivering evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Responsibilities include evaluation, program development, and collaboration with clinicians.

Requires active PT license, BLS, and ability to work 40 hours per week with day shifts. Travel-friendly position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
