Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Jose, CA. The role offers a 40-hour work week with an 8-hour shift, in a setting that may include hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain. A valid PT license and BLS are required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
