Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Los Gatos, CA. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

Responsibilities include developing personalized plans, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients on home programs, while maintaining safety and high-quality care. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience welcome; new grads considered.
• Other certifications/licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans and use modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
