Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mountain View, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide evidence-based care in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; active license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
