Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Aptos, CA. This role offers a 40-hour work week with an 8-hour shift, and a start date of 12/21/2026. You’ll provide patient-centered care across settings while enjoying the support of a dedicated clinical team.

Requirements include an active Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification. Doctorate in physical therapy is preferred, and new grads are welcome to apply for this exciting travel

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; relevant certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following protocols.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality improvement activities.
