Job summary

A nationally recognized architecture, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects across the United States, including Advanced Technology and Data Center programs. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or technically complex construction experience.
  • Experience progressing through Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager roles.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and change orders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects or significant portions from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and subcontracting plans.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, bids, negotiations and awards.
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete.
  • Maintain schedules and coordinate with field teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, design coordination, procurement logs, and changes.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
  • Lead meetings and report on schedule, cost, procurement, safety and risks.
  • Identify and address cost or schedule impacts with leadership.
  • Support coordination of technical MEP systems.
  • Ensure subcontractors execute per contract documents.
  • Manage project closeout, turnover, and documentation.
