The company is actively expanding its Advanced Technology, Data Center, Aerospace, and Aviation construction teams and is looking for project leaders who can manage major scopes while remaining closely involved in day-to-day execution.

The Project Manager will lead projects or significant portions of larger projects from preconstruction and procurement through field execution, financial management, and final turnover. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong subcontractor management, cost control, scheduling, client coordination, and collaboration with onsite field teams.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects or major scopes from preconstruction and procurement through construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
  • Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and subcontracting plans in coordination with field and preconstruction teams.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, including scope development, bid solicitation, proposal evaluation, leveling, negotiation, and subcontract awards.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, commitments, cost-to-complete projections, change management, and subcontractor payment processes.
  • Maintain project schedules and work closely with Superintendents to identify sequencing, procurement, manpower, and trade coordination issues that could impact milestones.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, design coordination, procurement logs, change documentation, and other project controls.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Lead owner and subcontractor meetings and provide clear reporting on schedule, cost, procurement, quality, safety, and project risks.
  • Identify potential cost or schedule impacts early and develop corrective action plans with project and field leadership.
  • Support coordination of complex structural, architectural, civil, and MEP systems, particularly on technically intensive projects.
  • Partner with field leadership to maintain quality and safety expectations while ensuring subcontractors execute in accordance with contract documents and project requirements.
  • Manage project closeout, including punch lists, testing and commissioning, O&M documentation, inspections, owner training, and final turnover.
  • Provide leadership and development to Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project staff.

  • Aerospace and Aviation projects, with an emphasis on aerospace manufacturing, production, assembly, MRO, hangar, and other technically complex facilities.
  • Large, technically demanding projects involving significant MEP infrastructure, structural systems, equipment procurement, and commissioning requirements.
  • Fast-track and phased construction environments requiring close coordination between design, procurement, field operations, and trade partners.
  • Candidates with strong specialty or partial-scope experience may be considered, particularly at the PM I level.
  • Data center experience is highly transferable, but candidates with advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aerospace, aviation, or similarly complex construction experience are also strongly relevant.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or technically complex construction experience, with experience progressing through Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant construction experience will also be considered.
  • General contractor or CM-at-Risk experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, procurement, project controls, scheduling, cost management, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Experience independently managing significant project scopes required; full-project leadership experience preferred for PM II candidates.

  • Candidates with strong MEP, structural, steel, or other technically intensive construction backgrounds may also be considered.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with both project management and field operations in a fast‑paced construction environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, subcontract management, and change management.
