Job summary

Owen Thomas Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mission-critical construction projects, including data centers and other highly technical facilities. You will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience and a strong grasp of contracts and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other technically complex projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and cost management.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating with owners and design teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

A leading national general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex mission-critical projects, including data centers and other highly technical facilities.

Responsibilities
