Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction programs nationwide, spanning Advanced Technology, Data Center, Aerospace, and Aviation sectors. The role requires hands-on leadership, subcontractor management, and tight collaboration with field teams from preconstruction through turnover.

The PM will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls while coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery on

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial, industrial, or technically complex construction experience.
Experience progressing through Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager roles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

Lead projects or major scopes from preconstruction through turnover.
Develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontracting strategies.
Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, bidding, and awards.
