AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled program coordinator to manage cross-functional health-promotion programs across the West Florida division. You will design training content, coordinate events, and partner with marketing and hospital teams to drive patient safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires executive-level presentation skills, strong communication, and the ability to lead multiple projects while traveling up to 100% regionally.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to train and coach others with dynamic instruction.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of CREATION Life and health promotion principles.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Strategic and critical thinking for practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hospital departments.
• Proficiency in Office 365 apps and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and establish training opportunities.
• Develop meeting content and facilitate events.
• Implement program strategies with the Manager.
• Grow and maintain program engagement with engagement plans.
• Improve programs and maintain data for reporting.
• Oversee daily quality control and technical performance.
• Communicate via a monthly program newsletter.
• Collaborate with marketing for program promotion.
• Report milestones, progress, and budget status.
• Support other duties as assigned.
