Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL, seeks a program coordinator to manage multi-site initiatives across West Florida. The role involves hybrid work with substantial travel, coordinating trainings, communications, and reporting to drive patient-centered program success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop engagement plans, and maintain program data and budgets while collaborating with marketing and other departments. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

• Executive-level presentation and facilitation skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to train and coach others; dynamic instructor and polished speaker required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CREATION Life and health promotion principles required.
• Superior organization; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.
• Strategic and critical thinking to develop practical solutions required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hospital departments required.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 apps and familiarity with project management tools like SharePoint required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle time-sensitive issues and deadlines required.
• Initiative and ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes for programs as needed.
• Establish training opportunities and support within the team.
• Coordinate and execute program strategy with Manager collaboration.
• Develop meeting content and materials; facilitate events and programs.
• Create engagement plans and implement program improvements.
• Maintain program data, master lists and monthly reports.
• Oversee daily quality control and technical performance of programs.
• Develop and maintain program communications, including a monthly newsletter.
• Work with marketing to promote programs.
• Report progress, milestones and issues to the Manager as requested.
• Maintain and track the program budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
