Chase is seeking a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead for the Travel Product team to own testing strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences. You will partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases and design practical test approaches.

You will lead testing efforts across cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ensure issues are driven to resolution through release and post-production validation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years total professional experience, including at least 3 years of quality assurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS.
• Experience with functional test automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber).
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver on committed timelines.
• Experience using workflow and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams, proactively managing impediments and risks.
