American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a 13-week night shift. The role requires BRPT RPSGT certification, BLS (AHA), and at least 2 years of sleep tech experience.

Candidate must be able to perform sleep studies on patients aged 5 and older and work independently in a 4-bed sleep lab using Epic EMR and Natus Sleepworks. Shift includes 3x12-hour nights (Wed–Fri) with possible weekends; no calls, occasional overtime, and housing/relocation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sleep tech experience required.
• Must be able to perform studies on patients age 5 and up.
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Work in acute care setting within a Respiratory Care & Sleep Center, Trauma Level 3 facility.
• Operate a 4-bed sleep lab unit.
• Perform sleep studies on patients ages 5 and up.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Natus Sleepworks equipment for testing.
• Shift pattern: 3x12-hour night shifts; potential weekends; no floating.
• No on-call requirements; work independently.

Responsibilities

• 3x12-hour night shifts, preferably Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with potential weekend shifts
• No floating to other units or departments
• No call requirements
• Must be comfortable working alone
• Perform polysomnographic sleep studies on patients across a range of ages
• Orientation consists of 3 nights, potentially shorter based on experience
• Gray scrubs required for dress code
• Overtime available for interested candidates
• Accepts local candidates within 80 miles of the facility at a reduced rate
