Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire alarm installation projects nationwide. You will oversee construction, coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and on-site staff, and ensure timely design and field execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, familiarity with Fire Alarm systems (Notifier, Siemens, Potter), and strong budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in project management and a solid grasp of the project lifecycle.
• Experience with fire alarm systems (Notifier, Siemens, Potter, etc.).
• Ability to read electrical plans, contracts, and specs; strong budgeting and math skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to meet design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Authorize staff transactions and manage superintendent selection and wages.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating and bid proposals.
