Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Construction Project Manager for Fire Alarm Installation to lead electrical projects focused on Fire and Life Safety Systems. You will provide administrative and technical direction and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety and project compliance across sites.

This role involves travel to national project sites, overseeing design, scheduling, purchasing, and QA while driving profitability and adherence to NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with fire alarm systems installation (Notifier, Siemens, Potter).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project adherence to NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Authorize and approve project staff transactions and recruitment decisions.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, and change orders; manage invoices.
