Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service at busy travel plazas. You will thoroughly clean, stock, and operate the POS, processing payments accurately while ensuring product quality and safety.

You’ll prepare and serve food, maintain brand standards, and support daily operations across shifts with flexible scheduling. Seasonal opportunities are available during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the POS and help travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Handle food prep, wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and follow brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
