Applegreen is seeking a Team Member – Full Time to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare and serve food, and manage accurate payment transactions at our travel plaza location. You will maintain cleanliness and inventory while following brand standards and safety procedures.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to engage customers and support a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and guests.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, and stock procedures.
• Prepare and serve food items, stock and clean workstation.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza offerings and brand standards.
