Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers across our plazas. You will clean, stock, and assist customers while handling payments and food preparation with strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, cooking, stocking, rotating products, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow are offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
