Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, operate the POS system, and assist in food preparation and stocking across travel plazas. You will follow brand standards, maintain product quality, handle cash accurately, and help keep the plaza clean and welcoming for travelers.

Flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at the Welcome Centers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperatures.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
