Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, stock & clean facilities, process payments, and prepare/serve quality food for travelers. You will work across a busy travel plaza environment, handling cash and assisting customers with a friendly, efficient approach.

Qualifications

Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service and positive interactions with travelers.
Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash policies.
Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
Cross-sell and up-sell products.
Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
Execute additional tasks as assigned.
