Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, operate the POS, and assist with food preparation and stocking. You will process payments, follow cash handling policies, and help ensure food safety and quality across our travel plazas.

The role requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
