Applegreen USA is seeking a General Manager for a quick service restaurant located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food quality standards while managing budgets and operations.

The role requires 2+ years as a supervisor in a QSR, strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities, and a commitment to brand standards. Flexible on-site schedule and opportunity for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as supervisor or unit-level manager in a QSR.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Stand/walk extended periods; lift at least 20 pounds; travel to support other locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture of learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, and transfer QSR staff as needed.
• Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
