The role emphasizes staff development, budget management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver excellent guest experiences. The GM will manage hiring, coaching, training, and performance, ensuring consistent staffing and adherence to policies.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced QSR environment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and brand compliance.
• Proficient with basic computer and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR team to meet sales, speed of service and quality targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, labor costs and gross profit reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; manage coaching, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee cash handling policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
• Resolve customer needs and complaints promptly to sustain relationships.
• Maintain staffing levels and operate within company policies and laws.
• Travel to support other locations as needed.
