Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a General Manager to oversee a fast-paced QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You’ll lead a dedicated team, drive sales, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards.

This on-site leadership role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a supervisor in quick service, and the ability to work about 50 hours weekly including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2+ years of supervisor/manager experience in a quick service restaurant.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; frequently lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR team to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and brand standards.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to food safety requirements and brand standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
