Applegreen seeks a General Manager for a Popeyes inside a travel plaza on a major highway in Ohio. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards.

This hands‑on leadership role includes budgeting, staffing, coaching, training, and ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction. Expect a demanding yet rewarding on‑site schedule (~50 hours/week) with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Available to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster a learning, development, and recognition culture; recruit and retain a strong team.
