Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and shifts supervisors.
• Step in for the General Manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support loss prevention.
