Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Ohio invites applications for a Multi-Unit Manager leading Indian Meadows and Tiffin River Travel Plazas along a major highway. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure fast, friendly service for travelers.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit leadership, strong cost controls, and a track record of developing teams. You’ll partner with Brand, HR, Finance, and Maintenance to deliver consistent standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume travel plaza operations.
• Strong cost control and food/beverage quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and driving profitability across the plazas.
• Monitor sales, service speed, and customer satisfaction; implement improvements.
• Ensure brand standards across food/bev concepts; oversee staffing and hiring.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Finance, and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop and retain strong plaza leadership teams.
