Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant in Greenwich, Connecticut to provide direct physical therapy services in a home-based care setting. You will work under a Physical Therapist, following a Plan of Care and state guidelines, while traveling up to 50% of the time and supporting patients in their homes.

The role requires an accredited PTA program, a current PTA license, and 6+ months of PTA experience; a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license are also necessary.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• 6+ months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct physical therapy services per Plan of Care.
• Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and communicate changes promptly.
• Follow state practice guidelines and ensure quality of care.
• Instruct patients and families on home therapy programs and device use.
• Support inclusion of patients in travel and home-based care models.
