Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Willing to travel within branch/office coverage area (50%).
• Must have reliable vehicle and auto insurance as per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes.
• Designs and implements a plan of care for patients.
• Documents evaluations, treatment goals and plans, updates records.
• Directs support staff to achieve functional goals.
• Promotes care quality and participates in community activities.
• May work irregular hours including call hours when applicable.
