Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses and treats patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing individualized care plans based on medical condition, functional capabilities, and physician directives.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, evaluate patient needs, modify treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals and ensure effective care.

Qualifications

Must have a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure, and possess current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience is required.

Skills

Strong assessment, planning, communication, and collaboration abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care and goal setting.

Key Duties

Develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapy services, evaluate patient progress, and educate patients and families.
