Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services, assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and families in Payson, Arizona. You will document progress, set goals, and collaborate with a healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications include Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, active state license or in process, at least one year of experience, and CPR certification.

Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides rehabilitation services by assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities and Key Duties

• Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, create individualized care plans, deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve treatment goals.
• Key Duties: Document patient status, set realistic goals, modify care as needed, and ensure therapeutic goals are met in accordance with physician directives.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, possess a current state license or be in the licensing process, have at least one year of experience, and maintain CPR certification. Additional requirements are determined by the client facility.
