Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders, evaluate patient needs, modify care plans as necessary, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Develop care plans, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, have passed the NPTE, possess a current state license or be in process, and maintain CPR certification. Minimum of one year's relevant experience is required.
