Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduated from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the application process.
• CPR certification.

• Assess referred patients’ medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Establish and administer individualized treatment programs based on physician orders.
• Set realistic goals, document patient progress, and modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care goals.
