Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services across healthcare settings in Georgia. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, document progress, and educate patients and families.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate goals, adjust plans, and ensure optimal outcomes through direct patient care and ongoing communication with care teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or BPT with NPTE certification and graduation from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.
• Current state license or in application process.
• CPR certification is required.
