Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess, develop, and implement individualized rehabilitation plans. The PT will perform patient evaluations, create and adjust treatment programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Responsibilities include documenting progress and educating patients and families on therapy methods. Graduation from an accredited program and licensure or eligibility, plus CPR certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing.
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• Graduation from an accredited school; compliance with facility standards.
