Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across settings to improve mobility and quality of life. You will develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, apply evidence-based techniques, and document outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a valid PT license and BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse healthcare teams

Role:
