Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across multiple sites in Vermont.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment safely, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while staying compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move equipment and assist patients.
