Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
Develop personalized treatment plans, perform patient assessments, utilize manual therapy and equipment, document progress, collaborate with healthcare team, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.
Valid physical therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical abilities to move and operate equipment, and sensory acuity for communication and safety. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
