Job description

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure a safe environment, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in PC use. Must have physical ability to move equipment and assist patients, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Key Duties:
