Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse settings, improving mobility and reducing pain. You will design care plans, apply therapy techniques, and monitor progress while ensuring high standards of safety and infection control.

Collaboration with clinical teams and education for patients are essential. Candidates must hold a valid PT license, current BLS, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapy techniques.

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, assess patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality improvement, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills:
