Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel) to provide therapy to orthopedic patients across varied locations.

You will manage 12-14 patient visits daily with a target of 60 visits weekly, collaborating with the team and obtaining director approval for hours when needed. The role requires a PT degree from an accredited program, an active state license, and flexibility to travel.
