Job summary

Plan A Health seeks a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans, implement techniques, and travel to multiple sites as needed.

Role:

A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Develops personalized rehabilitation plans, implements treatment techniques, operates specialized equipment, assesses patient progress, and adjusts interventions accordingly. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educates patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, maintains safety standards, documents clinical activities, and participates in discharge planning and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical abilities to move and assist patients, operate equipment, and maintain focus under pressure. Proficiency in English, PC skills, and sensory acuity are required.

Key Duties:

Conduct patient evaluations, create and implement treatment plans, ensure safe therapy sessions, monitor progress, collaborate with medical teams, and provide patient education to promote recovery and independence.
