Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, assess patient progress, adjust plans accordingly, and document outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid PT license, current BLS certification, strong clinical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency with PC tools. Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and maintaining safety standards. Effective interpersonal, technical, and mental skills are essential for success.

Key Duties:

Conduct patient evaluations, create and adjust rehab programs, utilize therapy modalities, ensure safety, document findings, and support patient independence through education. Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adhere to regulatory standards.
