Job description

Role: A Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings.

• Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, and participate in quality improvement and discharge planning activities.
• Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations and current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and relevant experience, though new graduates are welcome.
• Skills: Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; physical ability to move and handle equipment; mental resilience to work under pressure; visual acuity and sensory communication abilities.
• Key Duties: Conduct assessments, create and adjust treatment plans, use manual and equipment-based therapies, document outcomes, coordinate care, and promote patient education for long-term recovery.
